At The Pant Project, we want you to love your fit; if your custom-made or ready-to-wear pants aren't perfect, you can return or exchange them within 10 days of delivery. We offer free alterations and easy pickups to ensure you always look your best without the hassle.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order ID and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Choose Resolution

  Select whether you would like a size exchange, a custom alteration by our expert tailors, or a full refund to your original payment method.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup

  Once approved, we will arrange a complimentary doorstep pickup within 24-48 hours; please ensure items are unworn and have original tags attached.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Processing

  After our team inspects the returned garment, your exchange will be dispatched or your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
